The characters that are part of this project will be produced using computer graphics:
– Zbrush modeling
– Maya for characters animation with tecnicals Motion Caputre
– MentalRay rendering
– Combustion finalization
The SCHMOOZE project is nothing more than a perfect integration of existing social networks, with multimedia content (games, audiovisual and phonographic) created from “collaborative content”, to promote relationships between young people of all ages, in a targeted and moderate way.
Regarding the technology used in the project and the system’s functionalities:
The system will have two collaborative environments aimed at sharing information, as well as publicizing the network users about the new products that are being developed.
WebWiki model – a chain of pages within the Social Network containing a wide range of information inherent to the project, which can be modified and expanded by the user community through a collaborative interface, generating a large collection of entries, expressions and concepts interconnected through links. The service must have the following minimum characteristics:
Allow any other user on the Network to update, collaborate or expand the descriptive content of the entries;
Allow the creator of the entry to veto, correct and approve the publication of content added by other users to their entries;
Allow textual search in all posted content or in the entries;
Show all users who contributed to the content of the entry.
2 – We will have a sales channel for customized products where we will sell products from some supporters and also from companies interested in customizing them using the characters’ images. The portal will allow customization through an online tool and home delivery of the product.

We have always focused our work with the government through public tenders. In 2019, we had serious financial problems with an import we made and then the COVID Pandemic came, we were forced to pause the market and our projects.

About the creative concept adopted in the creation of this virtual band:

Here we have created an abstract and surreal reinterpretation in an illustration of 4 bipedal characters that are the species of animals from the Amazon fauna on the list of animals in possible extinction:
– Golden Lion Tamarin, Uacari Tamarin (Cacajao Less) and Pied-necked Tamarin (Saguinus – Pied-necked Tamarin).
Transformed into members of an indie rock band, with an art rock, siren and pantomime style with variations of pop rock, whose names, creative concept and profile were taken from indigenous tribes and storybooks:


About the Team and the Project
We operate in the private market as well as in the government, providing services. The record producer and the band in the real world are already ready and prepared for record production. They will be presented at a later stage.
Note: our entire portfolio, as well as the presentation of the real band (record producer) will be presented at a later date.
This project was initially developed between 2010 and 2014. As we did not have much experience in raising funds and making projects truly viable, we tried to do everything ourselves, which led to the failure of the initiative. Now we are open and fully flexible to put it into practice, with much more maturity and preparation due to the new technologies and workforce available on the market.
In the example of the band Gorillaz (in the epigraph), they are produced with different techniques. In our case, there will be virtual interaction with the real world, what changes are the hyperrealistic 3D techniques. Hence the need for funding via incentive law to produce the project’s audiovisual material.
The 2nd stage that will continue this entire project will be the cultural production and performance of shows with the band in the real world in foam latex makeup (similar to cinema).
A few years ago, we immersed ourselves in the area of computer graphics and from there arose a passion for this new trend of content creation for the market and a love for music. What at first was just an involuntary “brainstorming” moment began to fit into reality and move beyond the realm of hypothesis and possibility.
From ideas on paper to reality, some real and profitable work came out, such as a campaign for Sebrae using an iconic character for which I did the art direction and script. Known in the northeast, called MUÇÃO.
At the same time, dated 07/2011, we prepared a draft and a script for this musical project and the songs were written. At that time, we were exploring the possibility of making this project viable through incentive laws, but we had serious personal problems within the team and shelved the initiative.
We are resuming the initiative and to do so, we will try to make it viable through partnerships, since everything has changed in the country’s cultural scene, and incentive laws and, in turn, sponsorships.
What has always happened with cinema, literature, music and other abstract arts is that all great artists have always been ahead of their time, “always”. Today we see secular artists being admired and why not say some recent ones. I will use an example here, a “benchmark” that I have, which is Renato Russo .
A “tangible” phenomenon of how “word of mouth” communication was and will always be important in the lives of those who dream or think about “forming opinion” and making money from abstract arts.
With the advent of social media, this has become so powerful that it is immeasurable. It may or may not be a successful phenomenon, taking into account the “relevance” of the proposed content. The more an individual sees others writing what they think in the virtual world, the more they feel compelled to do the same. It is a cycle that is no longer restricted to the online world and has affected the offline world.
Renato Russo’s Legião Urbana and its songs are a visionary project of a 16-year-old guy (the age at which he wrote the vast majority of Legião’s hits, in his involuntary pilgrimages and schizophrenic meetings with himself). At the time, he cleverly made a deal with the musicians owning 85% of the copyrights of the songs and 100% of the “Legião Urbana” brand.
Unfortunately, in his lack of support and depression, he was struck by something he could not fight and overcome. But after 5 years of Renato’s death, the Legion became a phenomenon in terms of CD sales, views on YouTube, and likes on social media. Finally, it made it to the big screen with the story of its founder and the reinterpretation of a song in a film. There is no need to mention the values and financial success of all this here.
I used this phenomenon to say how amateurish we still are. We see stupid hits being forced down the throats of the C and D classes, still using “ignorance to their advantage” for this. But when it comes to the new generation, the one that creates its own content spontaneously, hence the name of the band and the project “Geração Espontânea” (Spontaneous Generation), the one that has control over information, the one that “seeks” what is relevant to their lives, everything changes and is different. We see famous films for children and young people being worshipped by young people and adults from classes A, B and C, such as “Shrek”, “Monsters Inc.” using “Led Zepplin”, “The Doors”, among others, in their soundtracks, not by chance, but because the lyrics fit the context of the story. And that is what we are going to propose. “The Culture of Relevance”.
Culture of relevance: how do you engage people in history telling?
Collaborative Production : this is the world of “peer production”, an extraordinary phenomenon, made possible by the internet, characterized by mass voluntarism or amateurism.
We are at the dawn of an era in which most producers, in any field, will be paid. The main difference between these amateurs and their professional counterparts is simply the ever-widening gap in the technological resources available to them to expand the scope of their work.
When the tools of work are within everyone’s reach, everyone becomes a producer. Inviting these young people to enter a common world, a world of shared ideals, they refused to trust in divine figures who tell them from on high what is important.
They want to control their own lives, rather than have them controlled by them. This will encourage them to do what they most desire: to create, participate, and express themselves.
This project will use the most contagious form of communication: “music”. A way to engage “young people” in all our history telling and spread the culture of relevance.

Taking advantage of this latent desire of young people for self-expression and to create content, something that the new generation is doing and increasingly wants to do: “to be socially projected and have presence and attitude wherever they are ”.
We will invite you to take part in writing the annual ENEM, where the 10 best-placed essays will be transcribed into music for phonographic and visual interpretation by our virtual band.
Within the budget and financial planning, we will designate a prize value for these essays.
The idea is to make the expressions of metaphors, aphorisms and original and unpublished authorial quotes, escaping from the “Cliché” within these essays, making “Common Sense the New Order” a collaborative production.
Through an online application, these essays will be displayed with the lyrics and presentation of the music compositions and content to be performed by the virtual band in a myriad of audiovisual productions (HQ – COMIC STORY with 4 1-minute episodes + 2 video clips, one original and the other belonging to this selection. These selected songs will be part of the project’s final product kit. Regarding the theme, we will obviously have the Environment and everything related to it as a backdrop, however, as it is an abstract and dynamic art, what governs the discussions of the moment will be present in diverse themes without distinction and without limitation.
